Basically hit 5 Home runs in one game last night. He hit a double off the top of the wall to the deepest part of the Astros ballpark. Nonetheless hit 4 actual Home runs. Anybody know how hard that is?

Shawn Greene went 6-6 with 4 HR and 7 RBI in 2002, Nick Kurtz had 8 RBI. And again, would’ve been 5 HR if that double was hit to another part of the park.

Best game for any hitter ever in MLB

Agree with his manager, this 22 yr old just keeps doing jaw dropping things with a baseball bat. Baseball is arguably the most difficult sport in the world to do something like this.
This game was a blowout. Had the game been closer or had the manager and pitcher decided to “slow his boat down,” they would’ve just not given him a pitch to hit.
Definitely worth watching his at bats again and again

Back in the day I only remember Brooklyn Dodger, Gil Hodges and a Milwaukee Brave ,can't remember
his name hitting 4 in a game
I promise you I remembered Joe Adcock before I googled it.

As a rookie, we'll see how consistent he becomes

He'll probably be a good one, but it gets harder when they've been around awhile, get banged up, have to get used to the grind of a long season, and pitchers learn thir tendencies.
