Everyone thinks they can do it: players, parents, students, boosters, administrators, TV yappers, dogs, cats, radio loonies, and sports columnists at financial newspapers. Even the mascot has lousy opinions.

Dabo needs a staff shake up, starting with Riley and promote Kyle Richardson for the rest of the season.
He has to evaluate the rest of the staff and player’s objectively!

Dan Campbell, one of the better NFL coaches, makes $3.5 million per year. His player payroll is what, double the NIL budget of the best CFB programs? That is the metric schools need to use. If your player budget is half what an NFL team salary cap is, then your HC should not be making more than half what an NFL coach makes. The age of the College HC being robber baron rich are coming to an end. The sports agents will fight against it, but economics is going to win.
