Being in Boston for the Army Navy game is something special, I’ve been wearing Clemson gear the last couple days and it’s been nothing but compliments from locals and fans up here. Boston is probably my favorite city I’ve visited. Went to Fenway park today and it was amazing!

Driven through Boston a few times.
Glad you are having fun and that people recognize the brand in Mass.
Go Navy.

The game sucks and always has. Justva reminder that we are desperate for real football season and that that part of the season is over. Aside from the patriotic part, it is absolute junk as far as football in concerned

I agree the quality of the football is dicey. However, this rivalry is unbelievable. I am married to a Naval Academy grad ('85.) I know what this game means to us. From the day the Indoc (soon to be a Plebe) and then a Midshipman steps onto the Yard, it is "Beat Army" almost every time they turn around. My husband has told me that when Navy loses to Army, it makes the gray days in January and February along the Severn River that much worse. This season has not turned out the way we hoped in Coach Newberry's first year, but the trajectory can turn around with this one game. One of our team captains tore his bicep on September 14th in the Memphis game and was told he was done. However, he was determined to come back for the Army game and has been cleared to play today. Plus, how many other schools have no fifth year players (Army and Air Force do), can't use the transfer portal unless the kid starts at the beginning, and offer no NIL? Honestly, regardless of the quality of football, in my opinion this game should be on the bucket list of any college football fan. It is amazing and motivating because you know these kids will one day be protecting us. former Navy Supply officer married to a retired 30 year Marine.
Go Navy, Beat Army!

I disagree with you completely. There’s more dedication and passion played on that field for 60 minutes than most Saturdays throughout the fall. The games are always a close and competitive. I love my Tigers more, but this game ranks up there with the best of them. That being said, as a father of a Citadel man and Army officer, Go Army Beat Navy

are out there competing to bring pride to THEIR branch of the Armed Forces. And, never forget that these ARE future soldiers out there on the field. What they have waiting for them after graduation is far different than what awaits anyone else. I have absolutely no problem giving them their moment in the sun. You can diss the quality of football played all you want, that's YOUR problem, not theirs.

Mouse you have no clue. A race between 2 mules is just as good as one between 2 Kentucky Derby horses if you like racing. Apparently you are not a football fan.
