Arch Manning update

Got a story coming...just so you know, the kid doesn't have social media and doesn't do interviews unless someone can track him down when he's out and about and those have been few and far between. With that said....I can tell you the family went over to Dabo's house last night and was there close to midnight, and they were back out on campus this morning, getting a tour of the campus from a Clemson staffer. From everything I've heard, Clemson did everything in its power to make a good first impression, and everyone has had a good time. More to come.

That's good nuggets about social media. You know every visit he takes, said school will claim he's coming there. Personally, I don't expect anything any time soon.
We'll know if other offers start going out but definitely good sign they were at Dabo's so late.

He’s smart staying off of social media. People tend to forget there’s life outside of technology and tend to worry more about followers then the things that really matter. Hope he enjoys the rest of his time in Clemson and hopefully he gets to catch a game in Death Valley soon.

In my personal opinion...Clemson sells itself. Watson, Lawrence, and soon to be DJ...If it’s not obvious that we breed and deliver franchise QBs like no one else then I dunno what else recruits need to see..It should be a no brainer...Any other program that he is considering would #### his talents away.

This one will be a long process I believe. He will have a lot of choices and things to think over. Hope we can prevail. I think his family knows that Clemson is a great option to have.

I would venture to say smart and protective. I know I am a dinosaur but the benefits of social media for kids probably really don’t outweigh the negative and dangerous aspects of the phenomenon. While I would be surprised if Arch chose Clemson I think he and his family would be a perfect match, but in fairness I don’t know the kid or his family so who knows. I do know Arch is super talented and would help Clemson immensely in a few years, and probably his freshman year.

Great family. Great family atmosphere. Dabo tapped into and created a culture at Clemson that every Clemson TIGER is proud of. Hoping Arch chooses Clemson. Seems like a perfect fit.
