My two options were East Green and Williams... Everyone told me that Williams was the better option.

I personally would go with Williams, it's a little bit closer, and easier to get in and out of.

Nope, you have to be staying there to park there now... The only free space you are really gonna find is far away, or at the Intramural/East campus lots...
