Any idea on how the print at home tickets work

I can see my tickets including the section, row and seat in my order history, but I do not know how to download them. Are they available yet? I tried to call the ticket office, but don't have time to wait through 19 callers for a very simple question.
Hoping someone on here knows the deal

The Clemson Athletic Ticket Office is making preparations for the National Championship game in Glendale. Below you will find helpful information with a timeline for ticket operations for this game.
Tuesday, January 5th – Credit cards have been charged for all orders placed for the National Championship. If a charge was unsuccessful, the Ticket Office will be placing calls to those account holders to receive payment.
Seat assignments will be completed by end of day.
Print-at-Home tickets will be emailed by end of day.
*At this time, no changes may be made to any orders or delivery method. Those who selected print-at-home will have the souvenir tickets mailed upon return of ticket office staff to Clemson.
Wednesday, January 6th – Thursday, January 7th – Tickets held for will call will be available for pickup at the Clemson Athletic Ticket Office. Office hours are 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. both days.
Friday, January 8th – Travel date – No pickup times will be available this day as the Ticket Office staff travels to Arizona with all will call tickets.

Saturday, January 9th – Sunday, January 10th – Will call will be set up at the team hotel, the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort at Gainey Ranch from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. both days.

Monday, January 11th – Will Call tickets may be picked up at University of Phoenix Stadium beginning at 10:30 a.m. until the end of the first quarter.
Clemson will have a designated will call window located at Gate 2 in the northeast corner of the stadium.
