If Clemson had signed D Holloman, Loston, Sam Montgomery, Jay Rome, and Clowney, we probably would have been in the NC game this year. Clemson was heavily involved with all of them during recruiting.

but that Clemson made a late push on him. From what I remember, almost everybody thought he was going to South Carolina.

yes we made a last ditch effort to try and lure him to clemson, and rightfully so, but he was south carolina bound from DAY 1

same with Lattimore.......he was never going to auburn or clemson.......it was never a secret that he was going to South Carolina

clemson had zero chance with either of them regardless of the "late push" you think we made
