I dont understand how by rul you try to eliminate low blocks because of knee injuries and don't stop the cut block carp.

So it's not really a high school offense. Also, the hurry up and the spread have been played at all levels.

just out of curiosity, how many HS teams have you seen that can run our offense? as fast as our offense? or put up as many points as our offense? sure there may be a few teams that could, but out of all the high school in the country, maybe a solid 10% could run our offense, if that.

This GT fan likes it especially when it's working well. CPJ's spread option give us the best chance to win games with our situation (academic requirements, limited majors, etc). Though I admit that I would like to see more passing in the offense; if just to keep the D more honest.
Now that we have a true dual threat QB; hopefully we'll see the offense evolve around Vad Lee's skills. Nesbitt and Washington were terrible passers.
It's great to see a GT QB that can throw a spiral on target again.

All of their fans that I have encountered really like it. I think CPJ is a really good coach, but he will always struggle to get outstanding athletes to play in that system. He was killing it with Gailey's recruits a few years ago.

I'll say though, watching them today it appears that the interior of their O line is weak. UNC was able to stuff the runs up the middle much like we were able to do last year. Where GT hurts you is on the pitch where they get you 1 on 1 and really test your tackling skills. If they can make the first guy miss on the perimeter they're getting at least 5-8 yards per attempt. Like the bee said above me, if they can work in a passing game watch out. Play action will eat you alive with the secondary cheating for the run.
