A lady went in for a face lift and the surgeon offered a new method which he recommended. He put a screw in the back of her neck which when twisted just the smallest bit CW would tighten her face without an office call.
She called a few months later complaining about bags under her eyes to which he suggested she give the screw a 1/8th turn. She told him she'd done that several times and it didn't work. They made an appointment early the next day.
She waited for the surgeon to enter the exam room with anticipation that he would recommend another procedure.
When he came through the door he exclaimed, 'Those aren't bags under your eyes their your #### pulled up under your eyes, lady."
If you keep turning that screw you'll be wearing a beard.
