Enjoying listening to Yanity call the TV basketball game. He actually lets you watch the game. Qualk was almost unbearable Friday night. He tries to tell you everything he knows about basketball in one play.

Agree. His mellow approach fits the slower pace of baseball. Perfect. Kind of takes you back when announcers were not so, "listen to me, listen to me!"

Bring back Pete, one day Don will be gone, and Heaven forbid Qualk becomes voice" of the Tigers. Just something about him, and it has been said here before by others hoping he is not the heir to the mike.
