Always one more year for Brad

And then we get the same thing. Knock off Fla State and lose to BC and maybe Ga Tec coming up. Then we don’t make the tournament snd do one and done in ACC tournament. Whatever, If we get excited about a good win and coming close to a big win then we are in gamecock mode.

Short of winning the ACC Tournament...

which I think everyone would agree is highly unlikely, Clemson isn't going to make the NCAA Tournament field this year.

The BC loss was inexcusable and that's about as politely as that can be said, but I'm not willing to concede a loss at Georgia Tech on Saturday.

I am planning to attend the game.

Sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.

Yeah he does need to go. I thought we had more returning that we do. He probably should go even if I would have been accurate. Anyway, that FSU win wasn't that special. It's not like they were 100%. They were on the road banged up.

He ran off half of the returning lineup from last season so don’t know why we’d place any stock in who should be returning anyway. I say “ran off” because his proponents claimed that every player that left was upgraded and it was all Brad’s master plan. Even though in actuality we know they were all lateral moves and we lost seasons of team chemistry and experience. Which may be why we consistently drop games to trash teams before January.

Only way I would be for keeping Brad if he finds some better recruiters for his staff. I like him and feel he is a good coach on Xs and Os. He does go to sleep on inferior teams and it cost him. I can assure you Neff is not going to fire his neighbor his first year on the job.Brad will return regardless of the rest of the year.

But if you made that move this offseason you'd be committing to at least 2-3 more seasons because the 2022 incoming class will be all but done. Any good recruiter's impact would be on the 2023 incoming class and they would be freshman so then you need to give them a couple seasons to prove their worth. It's ridiculous. He's had 12 seasons to show he understands what he needs to succeed. There is no reason to be extending patience.
