Family members of high level government officials that deal with intelligence have some level of clearance. it prevents things like this from being a criminal offense. But what do I know.

It is more intended for inadvertent exchanges, brief case left open, computer left on, living in the Whitehouse for 8 years, etc.

you have committed a crime, just like if you "accidentally" rear end someone.
Hillary deliberately sent classified information, over an unsecured network, to someone who should not have seen it. Two crimes in one. There may be 33,000 others, but she destroyed the evidence. Illegally.

The Director of the CIA, much like the SecState SHOULD know better than that.
Just stop. You have no idea what you're talking about. I held a security clearance for 20 years, and I was the security manager for my squadron from 2005-2009. I know of what I speak.

Apologies for being obnoxious with the 'hahas' earlier - and you got NO tds from me - but there is no grey area or room for error with classified, and IF it is proven that HRC broke the LAW here, she cannot and should not be 'excused'.

I work for a company in which classified information passes through my laptop daily. My family is not allowed access to that information just because they live with me. I have security clearance. They do not.

Can't find anything official on yes or no. Everything I've seen says no, but maybe the real question is whether Diane Reynolds had security clearance
