I was in Washington state not too long ago and discovered the flavored drink minibottles with 100mg total. You're supposed to consume it one bottle cap at a time for 10 total at 10mg each.
Instead, I drank it all in one fell swoop.
Felt right nice for about 5-6 hours. I was close to hearing colors.
So my question: How long before South Carolina, and the deep south in general, catches up to take advantage of this cash crop?

thanks to the hemp law which didn't realize that the weight of THC could be enough to get you high in an edible or drink and that THCa is exactly THC when burned
SC or the feds have not yet made any changes to fix these loopyholes but they know about it and intoxicating weed will become illegal again in SC
Now when will SC make weed legal? We will be one of the last states to do so

Recreational weed will officially become legal in South Carolina when revenue starts draining across borders to NC and GA, not before. It will remain an offense against Jesus that the Nanny State can protect us from until revenue is threatened.

I can walk into a shop within a mile from my house, and buy not only pipes and bongs and Delta gummies, but actual Delta weed. Friend showed me a bigass bag of weed, but it's legal, because it's the Delta stuff. No real noticeable difference in effect unless you're an absolute connoisseur. Just a straight up bag of weed, basically. So if you get pulled over, can you just tell a cop that you legally purchased it at that shop right over there *points*, whether it's "real" or Delta? It's not like he can tell the difference. Also have a friend who is a military contractor (well, quite a few of them); most won't risk it because they don't know the answer and you could potentially lose security clearances, but one guy is like "fuggit". Could you get in trouble for something that is technically legal?

b) I could be wrong here, and this may be best practices anyways, but if you're transporting it with any decent quantities, make sure it's labeled so if push/shove, the Man can look up the THC content from the testing they're supposed to be doing to sell it. And you better hope it's not over the limit.
c) I don't believe THC cannaboids show up any different on tests whether they're Delta 9 or the real stuff, so if you are at a job where you can't pop hot, I wouldn't touch it.
I'm hoping the Delta stuff is a gateway policy drug into both State actors and private actors backing away from pot being a problem, given it's impossible to tell either way. But you're still playing with fire where there's consequences around outside the home.

This stuff is all over the place in purity, potency, and lord only knows what else is in the stuff.
Only order from 3chi. Couldn't get me to ingest the stuff seen in gas stations.
I will say the gas station I went to (prior post) was the first where I've seen Delta9.

Bought some Delta gummie stuff a few weeks ago, don't know if it was 8 ,9, or 10. It was about 4 inches long and shaped like a lobster. I did half, and two hours later, I couldn't get off the bed in hotel to take my clothes off. Total body buzz.

when I first left SC for Tennessee I went to work for a painting company which paid in cash. On the first job assignment I was tasked with rolling walls. At 1st break our lead painter assigned me to paint the steps leading from the 2nd floor to the ground. The house was a 2 story over a full basement.
During that break the guys passed around a huge joint. I took on hit and finished the stairs before lunch. I sat in the garage on a paint bucket with a towel over my head weeping from the guilt of being high right there in front of God.
I quit. I quit because previously pot always made me want to lay back and relax. That stuff put me in a rage against bare wood. No runs, drips or errors. It was the best painting I'd ever done and it was quicker than it's ever been done without a pump sprayer.
If you enjoy it, don't feel guilty about it and it's legal I say twist one up. It's just not for me and it's not for me to say it's wrong for others.
