I don't remember seeing Brad take a single shot during the game. That funk half was on the players. They looked slow, nonchalant and as if did not want to win. A coach draws on a clipboard, it's up to the players to execute the play. JMO.

By those standards Purple Gunstock 15®, why have a head coach and staff? Just have a GM, recruit and hire 12-15 talented players and cut them loose. They may try harder.

A coach doesn't also motivate? Innovate? Change defensive or offensive strategy?
If a coach just draws plays, fire him and use AI during timeout. ChatGPT is much cheaper than a coaching staff.
