away with, or that he thinks others should be able to as well. You may notice these are corruption and bribery cases mostly, and often cross political lines. This guy was a democrat.
Trump is ushering in a golden era of corruption that the US has spent decades fighting to control and contain.
Again, sometimes the theory you most detest thinking is a possibility, if all the puzzle pieces fit, it's usually proven correct.

Seems that so many people in this country with less opportunity with drug offenses when relatively young don't get these breaks. They are reserved for the privileged.

Anyone that is MAGA or has given Trump money gets a pardon. Here is Trump’s pardon attorney a few days ago: “No MAGA left behind.” They are very clear, it doesn’t matter what crime you committed, if you support Trump you will get pardoned.

This isn't about politics, this is about THE CRIME, the specific type of crime and corruption he was charged for. Trump doesn't agree with the laws against corruption. Trump wants to promote corruption, unleash it, as he sees it as a benefit to Americans. And mostly himself.

Biden's admin pardoned over 8000 people. I don't know if any of them would have been considered controversial. The Chrisleys are going to make folks watch (and report on) Trump pardons closely going forward.
I do have a (possibly undeserved) large amount of respect for his "Pardon Czar" - she seemed level-headed from a humbling background.

- Commutations completely or partially reduce sentences for people in prison or on community supervision.
Not saying I agree with those.

Biden pardoned thousands who were in prison for simple possession of small amounts of marijuana. That may be getting to their number.
As for Trump, he has around 1,500 extra pardons from his blanket pardon of all people involved with January 6th.
