If they are getting paid, then they shouldn't be on scholarship. Free up those scholarships for baseball and other sports. Make them pay their way, then they will realize how great they had it when they have to pay taxes and tuition.

They will have to pay taxes. Since, as individuals (nor as a group) could they ever be considered as a non-profit organization and find tax-exempt stats as such.

of course. make them sign a contract, and if they want to leave they would have to ask to be released. None of this "transfer when Im not a starter my freshman year" crap.
