After rewatching the game

Sep 6, 2021, 1:08 PM

It wasn’t as bad as the view I had from the stadium. First row.

Yes the QB made a lot of bad decisions, yes the play calling left a lot to be desired and yes the OL had its problems.

One question for you. Would it make any difference if our Offensive Lineman learned one position and stayed there? Instead of all this cross training our coaches like to do. Seems to me when you recruit good, but not great, players they would be better off sticking to one position. I’ll hang up and listen.

Cross training develops depth without digging too deep down the depth chart.

You can just move experienced players who are already playing rather than pulling a player fresh off the bench that hardly plays though they still may be good but very inexperienced.

I understand that. But doesn’t cross training takes reps away from your primary position. Seems like the more reps you get the better you will be. ??

Bloodbeorange, did you ride the short bus to school? No one said Kendrick made an impact with play, just that he covered our offensive formations. Got it?

Moving guys around is good way to find which position is best suited for the players strength IMO. Also a good way to help prepare for injuries.

Sometimes the road to the truth is so elusive it's confusing and reality becomes illusion.
