That's an inexcusable failure of the staff. Heads should roll, but we all know they won't.

It is a glaring failure that we don't have a back up

capable of coming in, even if only for a few series, for an injured, miserably struggling starter. It's inexcuseable. That back up doesn't have to be a 5-Star all-America type, just serviceable and able to run the offense semi effectively.
