Admit it balm and other libbies

Obummercare is just another welfare program designed to guarantee more dem voters.

All others forced to go on the program will pay much higher premiums, have higher deductables, and higher out-of-pocket costs than before this ridiculous legislation.

life easier. From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.

When 51% can vote to make the other 49% give them their hard earned money, then you get what we are getting.

insurance are without by choice - They either choose not to buy it, or the choose to work a job that doesn't provide it when they could go work elsewhere and have insurance. Almost everyone has access to insurance, they simply choose not to pay for it.

Of all the things we could spend on, health is a good one

Oct 10, 2013, 10:11 AM [ in reply to The overwhelming majority of people that do not have ]

If we're going to spend taxpayer money on something, I'd much rather it go towards the health of the nation rather than crap like the TSA, oil subsidies, or godawful bailouts. Military spending (~$1 trillion in 2012) has been abso-freaking-lutely out of control for the last decade, too.

or it could be health care reform, both bringing down costs and spreading equity through the system.

I don't think that the Heritage Foundation, Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, and Milton Freedman support welfare expansion though the first 3 do support ending the right to abortion which would lead to the largest welfare expansion in the last 50 years.

the GOP as an alternative to Hillarycare(ooooh scary name also).

Mitt Romney ran with it and it's been pretty good, imo, for Massachusetts.

I think your last sentence is false, but we will pay higher taxes.

I like the indidvidual mandate. I'm tired of paying for the freeloaders.

I just had a chance to take a look at this years open enrollment for 2014. The good news is to insure me for this coming year only went up by $780. WOW! $780 increase in my premiums. Someone tell me again how my premiums would not go up because of Obamacare.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

get an education. get a real job. hey go to Clemson

Oct 8, 2013, 4:59 PM

and you will not have to worry about your premiums going up. My insurance has gone up around $15 this year. and that is expected

badge-donor-05yr.jpg flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Ours has been about $50/yr cheaper

Oct 10, 2013, 10:14 AM

When you factor in these new overage checks they've been sending us.
