Texas and California to ACC recruiting, and gives us several key TV markets. This is huge for the future of our conference because as you know picking up teams in states/markets you are not already in is the most important factor in recruiting and TV revenue.

I would expect our basketball program to regularly add portal replacements from the Bay Area and Dallas-Fort Worth.

I’m glad we don’t have some other team from those states who could’ve blocked the invitations for these three new teams. Blocking seems like a desperate move from a desperate school in way over its collective head, if that were to happen.
