ACC and ACC Network Survivability

Watching the game on You Tube TV. Just since I started paying attention to commercials, there have been 3 straight 2 to 3 minute TV timeouts with no commercials other than advertisements for upcoming sports activities on ACC Network or ESPN (other then several minute long Enjoy the Zen episodes).
I’m sure there are other factors beyond making money, but can’t imagine that this can continue for an extended period.
By the way, now up to 6 TV timeouts with no commercials.

The ACC Network routinely beats the PAC-2 Network in viewership ratings, so it could be worse

A large part of the commercial time is for local commercials or carrier specific ads. Those often don’t show up on a stream like YTTV

Those are reserved for commercials added by the cable provider since YouTube tv

My aunt said that she was watching her soap and they told a character who was a football player that if he kept doing well he could play for the SEC.

As another poster pointed out, some of the spots are reserved for local commercials, which you won't have streaming.

The other point is, none of the conference network make money from commercials. Their income is almost entirely from subscriptions.

It has good moments and bad moments.
I listen to it on the radio quite a bit. Not sure what kind of ratings it gets. I don't see the majority of the ACC fan bases caring about it.
Probably about the same as they care about FB.
