So, so many people are being afflicted by Parkinsons, Dementia and Alzheimers

disease these days. This rise in numbers of these has GOT to be tied to something that was added (or subtracted) from our diets years ago. That may sound like a conspiracy theory, but I firmly believe it. Either it's a chemical or specific combination of chemicals, maybe used in fertilizer, weed killers, etc that first came into vogue about 40 years ago, and the cummulative effect of all that long term exposure is just now being felt, or it was something that was REMOVED from our everyday diets. (Bacon bacon bacon?)

If that is the case, things are going to get a whole lot worse in the next few years on these fronts. Maybe research will gear up, and somehow a valid treatment will come down the pike that could possibly reverse these scourges, or at the very least halt further advance once a diagnosis is made. As the old commercials said, A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste.

Even back when about everything was painted with lead base paint, we didn't hear about all the cases of autism that we hear about today. I know that the bigger the population, the more there will be, but the baby boomers had a lot more kids than parents have today, and the autism rate seems awful high in today's society!!!

Exactly what I was going to post! Humans consume pounds of plastics every year from packaging, bottled drinks, to micro-plastics in our foods. Even whales are pooping out clumps of plastics that get bound in their guts nowadays. 3rd world countries just throw their trash in rivers as they dont have landfills and it goes straight into other population uses or the ocean.

No end in sight. The bio plastics from corn could help with this problem if it was pushed and better for environment than electric cars.

Always felt the preservatives of all the stuff we buy in the grocery store, excluding the outer walls such as produce, meats and dairy, are poison. But dang that’s a lot of good snack foods.

Also some medical guru on here may be able to tell us if the vaccines we had as kids were different than the previous couple of generations. Always been curious in regards to those. Seems kids are sickly these days in comparison to when I was in school.

I’m with you it seems to be pretty bad and I have seen what I would consider smart people get it as well. Sad and hoping I don’t go that way but at my age and the forgetfulness I currently deal with it seems it could be in my future.

Keep in mind that we are living longer and many other causes of early death such as heart failure (to some degree), bacterial and viral disease, some cancer, etc., are not taking as many of us at a younger age.

There's no easy answer to any of these. Glad folks smarter than me are doing the research to try to control these. Just lost my mother-in-law to dementia of some sort in December and watching her decline over several years was painful.

Bruce Willis is the poster child for it lately.

One day on the way to work saw a woman walking near CPCC in her house coat. I gathered her up and took her to my office. Lovely grandmother type, excellent woman, very sharp. I called the numbers, but could not reach her husband.

Eventually discovered she had walked away from a care facility.
She was as normal as me, but her brain was in the past.
It all made me very sad as all she wanted was to go home.

My aunt is battling early-stage Alzheimer's, and watching the change over time has been tough. I agree with many here, it's likely not just one thing, but a mix: longer life spans, dietary changes, environmental exposure, and genetics.

One thing that caught my attention recently is how inflammation might be a common factor behind many of these conditions, including dementia. Some people have been turning to cannabis to help manage inflammation. I've been reading up on some Supreme cbd oil reviews, a medical cannabis clinic, and it's interesting how many report better sleep, less anxiety, and even improved clarity. Not saying it's a cure, but if it helps support the body naturally, it's worth a look.

I will add that people used to take care of elderly parents more. Now it's mostly nursing homes. I think that also led to a rise in the statistics. Know of two friends grandparents that I would say probably had it, but went undiagnosed before they died. They both lived and were taken care of by their daughters family.

I just responding to data that says we have a higher percentage of the population afflicted with these diseases and the FACT that we have a much higher percentage of the population that are at an age to suffer from said disease. That is the main correlation, you can look it up for yourself, I already did.

Most of you are guessing and peddling conspiracies. If you want to look at food-related diseases, I think diabetes and obesity are a much better place to start, these are diseases afflicting young people. Also look at the rate increases globally, and you will notice little variance, and in fact easy asia has he highest density, but again it is mreo to do with ageing populations.

There is ample evidence to begin "Nuremburg style" trials against Anthony Fauci, the CDC, the FDA, the WHO, as well as the WEF, the AMA, the NHI, the US Government and anyone else who acted to intice citizens of the world to fall prey to the scam. The vaccine (that the US used) was NEVER actually approved by the FDA and has now been proven in studies to "increase the risk" of being infected with the Covid-19 Virus. That is the CO(rona) V(irus) ID-(20)19.

Hence, Covid-19.

Though the virus was developed in a lab in Wuhan, China, paid for by USA Gain-of-function research, the "virus" was not the Holy Grail. The Holy Grail was/is the mRNA (fake) vaccine. This is what is killing people, causing heart problems, strokes, miocarditis, pericarditis, rampant and 'turbo' cancers, dementia, Alzheimer's disease, blood clots galore, infertility problems and on and on and on.

Duh.I mean Duh.

Alright, I'm off my soap box for now.

For now.

Hurricaneduane - 87.63% of what just posted is flat out wrong, unless you get your news and information from Fox “News” and Facebook.

You should be thrilled you live in a country with Dr Fauci and others like him that have spent their careers in public health instead of building bankrupt casinos and launching fraudulent universities.

The increase in Alzheimer’s and dementia started way before Covid or the vaccine.

The Covid post is tangential to the ones concerning Alheimer's and dementia but valid nonetheless. Fauci should've been executed long ago.

Years ago, the average age was 40 or 50 depending on the year. They died from simple things like an infection from a tooth or VD. Over the years medicine improved so the average life expectancy increased. Since we are all going to die of something, the causes continually change. There may be choices which increase or decrease the chances of having the issues you named, there is no reason to believe the root cause is anything other than longevity. No one is getting out alive.

You are welcome for this Ted Talk

Generations ago, people spent more time outside, whether working on a farm, doing home construction or other physical labor, or cooling off on a hot summer’s day. There were fewer barriers between the human body and earth’s natural surface—less thick-soled and synthetic shoes, layers of clothing, and time spent indoors, out of the sun and fresh air and its rejuvenating properties.

Grounding practitioners widely believe that this lack of contact between our bodies and the earth’s natural surface leads to a host of health issues, from depression to cardiovascular disease.

A neighbor died from it, drs thought it was long COVID related. It also disguised itself with his back problems. He was in his 70's. They diagnosed it and within 2 weeks he was gone.

Another neighbor, late 50's, has it now.

There’s no doubt. I have a degree in psychology and many studies show that people affected with these diseases have an extremely high content of aluminum in their brains. Think about it, aluminum cans, aluminum cookware, aluminum thermos, aluminum in yetis and other insulated tumblers. There’s also a strong correlation between micro plastics and these diseases. Many things we ingest touch aluminum or plastic or both. We are what we eat.

There’s also a strong correlation with chemicals placed in livestock before slaughter and these diseases. Many of these penetrate the blood brain barrier. Eat only organic if you can!

I’ve lost too many loved ones to these diseases. Hopefully we find the cures soon!

What do you mean by "safely use nicotine?" Why would you use nicotine at all?***

Nicotine is good for you, one of the most studied supplements ever. It has tons of cognitive benefits and helps prevent Alzheimer’s. The issue is always the delivery mechanism, if you chew gum, use the pouches or a lozenge… those are safe ways to ingest nicotine.

It is really sad and a terrible disease. I own an in-home care franchise here in the Greenville-Spartanburg area and everyday we help many people with these diseases. The saddest part is there is no cure, so families, including my own, must watch our loved ones erode into someone who doesn’t know us.

many other things. Start with exposure to radiation frequencies everywhere, phones, TV's, jet travel, etc. The REM's we get now are way higher than say, 150 years ago. Or, many other dietary and environmental vectors of our modernized world. Or: the genetic engineering that's been put in place on all fronts. We keep offsetting with advances in medical and technology, so it's kind of zero sum. Still, get "80 years if we're lucky" (Biblical reference there) So, you're probably right.

The genetic changes to crops to mitigate disease in the plants grown, coupled with the pesticides oversprayed on growing crops, has had an impact! Only time and dutiful attention will offer a change for the better! C'est la vie!

After trying to read all the comments, it amounts to "modern life" is killing us be it with: additives in our food/drink, vaccines, chemicals in the environment, video screens...Many of which are spearheaded by the medical/pharm establishment. Did I miss anything? Good Lord...look there may be a little truth to all of this, but #### when it leads you to appoint a lunatic like RFK Jr to be our national health figurehead then we have truly gone insane.
