Do people actually believe that kind of bollchit?
Are faith based individuals more susceptible to conspiracy theories and mis-information like this?

As I've said before I'm a man of Faith. I understand that when viewed from outside that faith some of the things we believe and practice can seem illogical, but I'm fine with not having to reconcile the different realms of faith and knowledge. I've made my peace and feel no need to defend either.
But... the thing I can't grasp in this is that Trump would be the one being crowned as God's chosen by fellow believers. I could understand them getting behind someone like Pence or another person of that sort, who I very much disagree with, but at least seems earnest and pious in his beliefs.
The truth is, in my estimation, that Christians making these claims are either misguided (misled) by Trump's campaign (and/or their leaders) and believe the outright non grace-filled words and actions or they must be taking something very different from the same scriptures I read.

swindled by somebody like the anti-Christ. Trump isn't the anti-Christ, but he sure has pulled the wool over many Christians eyes. So now I believe it is entirely plausable.

While I disagree (obviously), for the sake of argument I'll grant your premise

Even if it's the wisest pragmatic choice to make (and again, I'm only granting that for the point of debate), you think that rises to the level of God ordaining and choosing Donald Trump?
Because I can think of a whole lot of factors that would argue against that.

Odd post to make in a thread about the (to me) delusion that God has chosen Trump and ordained him to lead America.
But, you do you.

Evangelicals wield an enormous amount of political might and coulda squashed MAGA in the bud in 2015. They did not and this is what they get for their inaction. One of the most godless presidential candidates ever vs a Candidate who support almost everything they oppose. They made their own bed.

You're assuming they can read with some degree of understanding.

Which is less likely? That God placed his hand on Donald Trump or that Kamala has reached this point in her life due to her hard work and intellect?
