Dabo's buyout is too high for him to be fired. He is not going to resign and give away 60 million dollars. Only an idiot would do that. If he does not adapt to new FB landscape, and continues the slide, ticket sales, IPTAY support and other donations will decline by at least 35%. Not that many fans are going to get excited about 6-6, 7-5, 8-4 seasons with no championships. Forget getting extra ACC revenue for being on top of heap and tv viewers will decline, thus losing that ACC extra revenue.

I got 9-4

FSU will probably be a loss.

SMU has taken a step back and we play them at home.

Louisville looks to have taken a step back.

We've been bad, south carolina looks worse. It's been 12 years since they've beat us at home, and it'll be even longer after we have our nooner against them. It'll be the trash bowl for who gets the honor to play in Shreveport. (but to be honest when neither team has nothing big to play for, and this rivalry is the national title game for both teams is when this rivalry as a single game is at it's best and when some wild crap happens.)

I think all these NIL guys don't show up for a bowl and our depth is exposed badly for whats coming next year.

Or maybe we win a bowl and drop one to Louisville.

FSU will be a given. Think either Syracuse/Louisville/SMU/UNC will throw in another loss (eyes on Cuse/UNC because those are next 2 teams that are overdue for a W). Hard to predict SC right now, plus beating SC will probably be only thing to salvage season barring a miraculous winning streak.

7-5 or worse is completely possible if guys start checking out. If they lose to 'Cuse, season could be really ugly.

Except for the Jameis Winston beat down, we have always played FSU tough at home.

1999 Bowden Bowl close loss
2003 win
2005 win
2007 win
2009 win
2011 win

2023 loss

We get geeked up vs FSU. A loss to them later this season is not some preordained outcome.
