Really appreciated the Georgia Tech Marching Band joining Tiger Band for a great military appreciation tribute halftime performance. It was really powerful to hear 600+ musicians play military songs and taps.

Also, if you were not at the game, Clemson football player #25 Blackmon Huckabee (WR from Clover, SC) sang the national anthem. HE WAS AWESOME! Brought tears to many. Usually the band plays the national anthem. This is the first time I recall having a single person sing the national anthem a cappella. I am sure it was captured on video - check it out when it gets posted.

My favorite memory of Military Appreciation day is when Daniel Rodriguez ran out across the field to hug the F-15 pilot from the flyover who did ground support for Rodriguez in Afghanistan. See the movie The Outpost for more.
