That’s awesome. Always a good day in the dirt.
How do you eat that many tomatoes?

I used to plant 48 plants. Shared most, canned about 36 Qts. Planted 10 4×12 raised beds boxes with all kinds of veggies.

I can vouch for Cherokee purple. Not a big producer but probably the best tasting tomato I have ever grown.

Lowes has them or you can try Baker seed company. I got all my tomato seeds from them and can't say enough good things about them. Every seed I planted grew and every timato plant has blooms or small tomatoes right now (14).

If you are in Greenwood area, Jerry's greenhouse near New Walmart has about any variety you want. Very good plants.

I tried the Cherokees last year and they didn't produce well for me. Tended to split and ruin on the vine. My better boys and beefeaters do the best.

I planted 16 of various varieties but Better Boy was the majority. I have had trouble with the virus wilt the past 3 years. Added some new soil in hopes of a mater sammich.

I tried the old trick of egg shells and fish planted along with the tomato plant, but that night the raccoons dug up all the plants to get to the fish and eggs!

I only planted four in my small garden space. Seems every year my tomatoes get a fungus or rot so I go small
