2015 Ticket/parking Assignments?

Has anyone received ticket and parking assignments yet? Email went on on July 23rd last year.

he had visited the ticket office and was told the info would be sent Aug. 3rd (next Monday).

I got my email on July 21st last year, but I've also been told by the ticket office that assignments should be sent out the first week of August.
