If anyone believes the Signal erroneous text was an 'error' your TDS needs treatment very soon.
This has all the markings of a honey pot operation. A one-time 'accident' by a respected individual (who says he's sorry and is forgiven by all) and including a commie reporter that everyone knew would go public with the story.
Can any Libs of TNET guess what is next?
The trap is set and 3-letter agency(s) watches known actors in known states to see how they reveal themselves in attempting to hack Signal's (and other) servers which will happen soon. This gives 3-letter agency(s) prime opportunities to detect hostile ops.
This is a sophisticated, more than 140-character plan, so I do not expect the limited cerebral capability of the leftists to allow them to understand. Now, I'm not saying I think that is what happened, but it's possible. Do you know if all of the details in the chat lined up with what actually took place during the operation? If you were going to give misdirection, I would think that a media person that didn't like Trump would be the person you would want to include.

I haven't really read enough about this story to formulate a real opinion of it. I have no idea if the operation matches the chat. I would not be shocked if some clever person at the Pentagon didn't use the fact that lots of people think the Trump administration is a bunch of careless buffoons to plant some inaccurate information. My instinct tells me they effed up, but it's possible.
