The sad thing is I can't think of anyone that would fill it besides Taylor Swift. I went to all the big shows in the 90's, but I can't see any of them coming back.

Saw the rolling stones there, '89. Man, what a show. Have to say, though, that camping out for Tix was at least as much fun. There were tents for a mile up the Drive. Lol. Was living in Johnstone, then. Would roll out of the tent, go back to the 'Stone for a shower, class, and then back. Roommates would all trade position so tent wasn't left alone.

I didn't get the stones but I saw Pink Floyd, then Billy Joel and Elton John. Very different but very cool. The Floyd show was so good I had to buy an extra ticket as my roomie never met me to give me mine, but it was still worth it.
We need the Valley to rock when the football boys are on the stage there this whole Fall.

Saw The Stones, Pink Floyd, and Eagles. Missed Elton and Billy and U2. As mentioned above, the Foos or Peppers could fill it. I'd be there. I'm thinking of music this old guy would go see. Now for modern music, many of these new folks could fill it. I bet Wallen could fill it a couple of nights. How about Coldplay? They could rock the stadium! Maybe a rock reunion deal like the recent Def Leppard/Motley Crue or Weezer/Fall Out Boy/Green Day shows. Maybe a festival. There are so many opportunities - I have thought about this for years as to why CU bailed on this revenue stream. Seems like Swinney and Kenny Chesney got the ball finally rolling. Can't wait to see what the future holds.

I attended the Rolling Stones Steel Wheels concert back in the day and it was awesome. Never did understand why there were not more. Great venue!
