Swinney updates injuries to Gallman, Alexander, Hyatt

by - Assoc. Editor -

Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney talked to the media for his post-game press conference following his team's 37-27 win against Syracuse.

Swinney had an update on the various Clemson injuries to key starters after the game:

- RB Wayne Gallman should be ok. "I think Wayne just rolled his ankle right there," Swinney said. "He actually wanted to come back in, but just wasn't quite 100%. He just got hurt. He got banged up. That's it."

- Injury to CB Mackensie Alexander is not serious.

- OL Mitch Hyatt "just got hurt" and official made him leave. Swinney said that he doesn't know if he will be out next week. He will know more tomorrow.

No word on the issue according to Swinney but it could be a possible concussion-type issue.
