Quentez Ruffin remains very solid in his commitment to Clemson. He is also very excited about the future at Clemson.

"The win over Miami really sends a message to a lot of people. All of the games they lost except for Virginia they lost because of turnovers. Now, people can see that they can play with anybody in the country. That really shows what Coach Bowden and his staff can do."

Ruffin wanted to reassure Clemson fans that this was only the beginning of great things to come.

"I just want everybody to know help is on the way. Great players are coming to Clemson, and it is not going to get any easier for teams to play Clemson. They have a lot of skill guys committed. Plus, they are really close with some really talented skill guys. This could potentially be the best class in Clemson history."

While Ruffin is extremely eager to get to Clemson, he still has a shot to close out his senior year with a state title.

"We have been practicing really late with the playoffs. The first round starts Friday versus Gainesville Eastside. Right now, we are in the driver’s seat just like Clemson. If we play our game, and don’t make mistakes we really have a good shot to go to all the way to state."
