Kalen DeLoach included Clemson in his top schools list Tuesday.
The ACC Tigers are in a group of nine with Auburn, Florida State, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, Michigan, LSU and Texas A&M. “It’s going to be about all of it really, relationships, family,” Deloach told TigerNet recently of his college decision, “and I want to get better at football, and I want to get a good education, just in case football doesn’t get me all the way, I would like to have a job after that.” He is slated to visit for Clemson’s spring game on Saturday, which will be a second stop in the last couple months after an Elite Junior Day visit in January. Since Clemson’s offer in mid-January, Deloach has received similar interest from Florida State, Auburn, Notre Dame, Alabama, Ole Miss, Virginia Tech, Texas A&M, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, Kentucky and Nebraska. Deloach said recently he is expecting to make a college decision after official visits after football season. He earned an invite to the ‘The Opening’ finals competition in Dallas, Texas this summer. Deloach is rated as high as the No. 14 outside linebacker in the 2019 class by 247Sports. He earned 3A First Team All-State honors last season. Top 9 schools???? pic.twitter.com/2toRKarM5m
