This could be dog-gone-good.

A new show is coming this fall that could be popular for viewers who are fans of Kirk Herbstreit or just dogs in general.

The ESPN announcer announced on X on Friday that he will be a part of a new series featuring his golden retriever, Ben.

“Ben and I are doing something new this fall!” Herbstreit posted. “We’re calling it ‘Walks with Ben.’ Ben and I will take a walk each week with a special guest. During the season we get a chance to be around so many interesting people in the football world — we thought it would be fun to invite some of them to hang with Ben and me for a short walk. New episodes are coming this fall once the football season gets rolling.”

Ben's job title is "chief happiness officer of football."

In a time of ever-present stress for a lot of people, this show could offer viewers a fun escape to relax, enjoy some sports, and see what Ben is up to.

With any luck, Ben will be a 'good boy,' and the show will be a huge success.
