Clemson coach Dabo Swinney spoke with the media on Wednesday night and shared that Clemson sophomore linebacker Tre Lamar will be out for Saturday's ACC Championship game against No. 7 Miami.
Lamar is still rehabbing from a shoulder injury (stinger) and won't be ready to return to action. Swinney shared that he is getting better and will be cut loose when they start bowl practice a week from Sunday. However, in other linebacker news, J.D. Davis and Chad Smith are good to go. Swinney said that junior cornerback Mark Fields re-tweaked his ankle and will be out against Miami.
