4-star Texas safety grabs Clemson offer

One of the highest-rated 2020 defenders in the state of Texas announced a Clemson offer Sunday in 4-star safety Bryson Washington.

"Would Like To Say I’m Truly Blessed To Receive An Offer From (Clemson)," Washington said.

Washington holds double-digit offers and formed a top-10 of that group in July with Oklahoma, Texas A&M, Alabama, Texas, LSU, Ohio State, Georgia, Florida State, Oregon and UCLA. He visited for the Clemson-Texas A&M game on Sept. 8.

Washington posted 74 stops with 10 TFL and nine pass breakups last season, earning AP Class 6A first-team honors.
