Grayson got his start in sports working PA for his school’s JV and B-Team Football games. From there, he knew sports was something he had to be a part of. During the COVID-19 lockdown, the Mann With A Plan was born in his parents’ attic, a podcast about his sports takes that eventually led to opportunities on the Clemson Beat.

Soon after graduating from Clemson University in May of 2024 with a degree in Sports Communication, a freelance opportunity to freelance the Super Regional for TigerNet came, and the rest was history. In his first year at TigerNet, he helped launch the Orange Crush Podcast alongside David Hood, which has already been host to guests like David Pollack, Aaron Murray, and Erik Bakich
