NIL deals are not public. ON3 does valuations, those are not confirmed payouts.

It’s not even close to the same thing. An NIL deal is a private contract between an entity and a player. It’s not a salary from the school. It’s very different than what you’re talking about.

NIL deals are not public information. NFL salaries are only made public because the NFL and the NFLPA choose to make them public.

No they won't. NIL deals are not related to the schools. If you are talking about direct payment from the school to the player, then yes if it's a public university that would have to be disclosed in the future. But that's not what NIL is.

NIL is a private agreement between a business and a college student. It is no more public information than your own salary at your job. FOIA cannot force a college to disclose NIL deals because the colleges are not a party to the deals. Now if players start receiving direct compensation from the schools and they are public, then yes, a FOIA inquiry can disclose those figures.
