School pride is still strong for most football players even when they join the professional ranks of the NFL.
On Monday, Colts linebacker Zaire Franklin donned a Clemson shirt as he lost a school bet to former Tiger Deon Cain. "I had that (Clemson) shirt on and I was like, ‘Nah. I want him to wear it around," Cain said. "I was like, ‘You need to wear this.’" The Syracuse alum Franklin kept his word and donned the Clemson shirt with a rather large orange paw. "We had a little friendly wager on it. A man law type of thing,” Franklin said. “I know he would have held up his end of the bargain as well."
