I couldn't agree more. For football I think that they allowed 7% of capacity, but the upper deck was completely empty. What difference does it make if you aren't separating people. I was disappointed that they have chosen to put the ACC Baseball Tournament in Charlotte as well. We should be putting the tournaments in a state that will restrict attendance as little as possible.
