Strange... re:PJ Hall

Am I the only one who thinks it’s strange that PJ Halls absence was barely acknowledged? Even during the broadcast, the only thing said was that he was “unavailable”.

He’s really looked frustrated lately. I hope this is. I thing and he’s back in the floor soon. He’s going to be a star in this league once he learns to defend and can stay on the court.

It's possible that he was one of the players with COVID but hasn't yet had his cardiac evaluation yet, like when Trevor was able to be on the sideline for the ND game but not able to play.

Yep, because of HIPPA have to be careful about indicating anything. Trying to slip it under the rug. Anyway, though Kidd played well in few minutes he received. Going to be a good player as well.

Hall’s role this year has been pretty specific. He backs up Simms for the most part.
Occasionally they play together...but when everyone has been available, it’s pretty simple that his main role is to back up Simms and give those limited minutes. Big guys that come off the bench usually don’t have impressive stat lines....unless the starter has foul trouble or something (which Simms has avoided lately). He’s a freshman taking his lumps and learning...he’s done well.
Next season he’ll make a big leap and be out there more with Simms gone.

I bet he has a huge year next year. He just has to wait one year. He could even be our leading scorer next year. It wouldn't surprise me a bit.
