It looks as if China is always the lead country with serious diseases, Historical Highlights:

We did introduce smallpox to native americans.
(Here is a copy Paste because I am lazy)
When the Europeans arrived, carrying germs which thrived in dense, semi-urban populations, the indigenous people of the Americas were effectively doomed. They had never experienced smallpox, measles or flu before, and the viruses tore through the continent, killing an estimated 90% of Native Americans. All in all 20 million Native Americans died.

There weren't anywhere close to 20 million Aboriginals in NA when Europeans showed up. The best estimates range from 2-12 million.
