A) This is the "USA Herald" reporting this
B) Any article which says "fake news is stating..." pretty much takes all journalistic integrity out
C) I think Jimbo ultimately will stay because FSU is a bunch of suckers ... and i hope he does, because hes a terrible coach

FSU isn't currently bowl eligible. Florida State ( 5-6 ) plays Louisiana-Monroe ( 4-7 ) at noon Saturday. With their season, winning is not a done deal.
I just read this on bowls;

"We now have 79 teams eligible to play in bowl games but only 78 spots for them. Two other teams, Florida State and New Mexico State, are projected to become eligible next week, which would make the total 81. UL-Lafayette could also join the list if it upsets Appalachian State. This is the first time in three years that there will be no need for a 5-7 team to fill a bowl spot."

I always say that there are way too many bowls but it doesn't matter. 10 more future bowls are in the works, 3 in foreign countries.

you won't compete with alabama, auburn, LSU every year like you will against UF, UGA. The east is and has been open for the taking for 12 years.
