ESPN Bias

Oct 18, 2020, 9:26 AM

I was watching the College Football Final show today on ESPN. These guys are so biased towards the SEC that it literally makes me sick watching their show.

I watched the first 15 minutes of the show, and no where in that 15 minutes do they talk about the top ranked Clemson Tigers. Last week Ga Tech was a different and upcoming team, but when the Tigers dismantle them 73-7, they are a loser team, giving absolutely no credit to Clemson and their prolific offense.

Bama’s defense has been porous this season, yet, one good half against Georgia and they are back according to the drones on ESPN. Our offense scores 73 points, yet no mention that Clemson’s offense is good, even though they are operating at full cylinders.

Our defense is amazing, yet no mention, its all about the SEC’s sucky defense and how much they improved over last week. This bias is nauseating to say the least. There is no longer any REAL news, just bias and bullshite.

Just like the national news. Everything is one sided. Journalism is no longer an impressive or honorable profession.

Bias & Prejudice is virtually as bad as Racism, imho

since it targets..and we see it from people, groups & from the media..and it’s alarming..

and seems it’s unstoppable to any degree once it gets rolling and hangs around so long.

It involves the Mind, which should rule the Brain..

not the other way!

Yeap! All current talking heads for any type of news were trained at the Joseph Goebbels School of Journalism. Joseph and Adolf would be so proud.

Splash and ratings to generate $$. That's fine, just don't

hide and lie about being unbiased or that you only tell the truth.

How do you keep Gamecocks out of your yard?
• Put up goal posts
What does a Gamecock grad call a Clemson Tiger grad in 2 years?

First of all, if you ever watch college football final, you would know that they show the closest games of the week first, no matter who the teams are. I’ve seen Bama or Georgia or LSU last year shown just as late if not later in the show as Clemson this week. This is nothing new.

Second, nobody ever thought GT would challenge us.

Third, you can’t only watch a quarter of the show and then claim they never talked about how good Clemson’s offense is. They said Clemsons offense led by TL was amazing. They mention it on every college football show they do.

Fourth, they literally had a segment about how bad the sec defenses were last week, and showed a chart comparing last week and this week. Nobody said Bamas defense was “back”, but why wouldn’t they mention their improvement when beating the #3 team in the country? Would you be mad if they said that about Clemson? Lol.

The Hypesman conversation is about to shift away from Trevor and ETN.

Look for Mac Jones, Justin Fields and Zach Wilson (BYU) to start getting all the airtime.

We beat GT. The game might have been a big deal to us- but no one else cares.
