You dont usually think of Houston but it is about the 4th largest metro area in the US

Technically Dallas/FW is larger (not by much) and Houston is growing faster.

But if you had BOTH of those areas, you would huge area 14m+ in 230mi.... that would then be dwarfed by DC, Balti, Philly, NC which is the same distance
