Say a prayer for the Tigers today

With all the banter going back and forth about who can win and why, it is easy to forget that we are witnessing a special era in Clemson football. Tonight is just a game and yes we want to win, but if we don't its special to see what is being done in "lil ole Clemson".
I believe that God is doing a mighty work in our team and through the coaches, players, teachers, and alumni. In a world filled with hate, jealousy, and condemnation for everyone and everything he has blessed this team and everyone associated with it in so many ways. So before the game begins and the festivities get started, ...
Pray for the team and the challenge they have tonight.
Pray for the players and coaches who represent all that makes us proud on this national stage.
Pray that God will find favor in our team, protect them, and keep them safe.
Pray that we find the will, the determination, and the opportunity to get the win,
but most of all
Pray that the one who created us will continue to use all of us to be a light unto the world.
GO TIGERS!!!!!

Thanks for your request and your faith and your belief. It's what all the media, the pundits, the pollsters, and the general public simply don't "get" about the Clemson program. Win or lose, we are blessed, and to God be the glory!

If he doesn't, perhaps he should turn in his resignation.

i agree with you. My prayer was not about victory or touchdown jesus.
It was about the opportunity and favor that we find in him. It was about safety for all and most of all it was about the blessing we have to continue to shine on occasions like this.
For games cant be won unless they played and prayers cant be answered unless they are prayed - so pray for the purpose that makes life worth living and have a blessed day
