Time for Trump to concede...

I think the Republicans will now fall off with any support moving forward with challenges.

We're not seeing very vocal support from other GOP officials for his challenges for a reason. They're ready to cut losses and move toward 2022 and 2024. The Senate thus far appears to be a big victory for the GOP. With Trump's disastrous speech last night as the cherry on top, I think McConnell and the GOP accept the results and move forward with a party rebrand.
Look for them to gradually purge Trumpism.

Pence or any GOP member who values his or her future needs to immediately run from Trump. This election wasn't quite the statement the Dems thought it was going to be, but it was enough: America is done with Trumpism. I'm especially going to point to the moderates' and independents' votes when those numbers come out.
America never wanted Trump from the beginning, and the GOP never wanted Trumpism either but realized they had to go along with it. Now they know the door is open to run away from him. Sadly, many of them will get away with people forgetting how they enabled this admin (Haley, Scott, Cruz, McConnell, etc.).
The trick is going to be connecting again with the hardline Trump loving Americans. They're still Republican, but may become angry when the GOP no longer embraces Trump radicalism.

it's more about integrity than their future. You can say that is the same thing, but if they are people of integrity, they will call a spade a spade without regard to what that means for the future.

Happened. Democrats genuinely believe that they are the path forward. They believe they are the morally and intellectually superior policy.
Your worst and the rights worst hold equal water.

rulez,
I may be misreading you intent but,
Wouldn't one expect for a member of a political party to think they have the superior policies ? Why would you join a party with inferior policies ?
I agree that the worst of the left and the worst of the right have equally bad visions and policies for America. Can we try judging each other on something other than the worst members of our respective groups ?

No, we cannot stop judging based on the worst, BECAUSE THE WORST OF THE LEFT IS NOT FRINGE.
-Thousands of rioters with democrat politicians essentially supporting the violence (all over, not just one or two) -BLM is anti-USA to the core - it's not up for debate...and you have CISCO giving them millions along with everyone else -People in all these marches touting socialism over capitalism. It's all over everyone's social media in college (my kids see it) I mean ALL OVER. -Green new deal is code for government taking over industry and your life -Cops being ambushed and killed in cold blood because they are cops
and you can go on and on. I agree cop killers are a fringe element, but the rest are not.
Like it or not Tobias27772 this is who you are siding with. Siding with the people that just made heroin essentially legal in Oregon. Siding with people who hate cops and want to kill them, and have done so.

I'm not a Democrat. I never have been. I didn't vote for Biden. I didn't vote for Hillary. I know. I know. It makes it easier for y'all to assume that because you have a hard time wrapping your head around the idea that a person doesn't subscribe to blind loyalty to a party. You, in fact, know I'm not a Dem, but you'll push the lie.
What I am is someone who is opposed to an incompetent authoritarian idiot like Trump, and his supporters who have rubbed their #### in our faces for four years. Telling us if we didn't suppor the president, we were "libtards" or "Dumbocrats". You were one of them. And now I am gladly--gleefully, in fact--smear it back in y'all's face this week. Y'all had this coming hard.
And if you think Trump is a conservative Republican, it's back to high school civics with you.
I am quite certain the Dems will #### things up royally over the next four years. But at least they aren't raging authoritarian fascists trying to dismantle our republic. They're just inept.

You sure about that? Plenty of evidence at state levels that's precisely what they are.

I'd label those folks as bumbling authoritarians trying to make their states their own little fiefdoms. Not a whole scale explosive turd on our Constitution like the Trump admin.

I mean, I'm not sure he's going to refuse to leave although not much would surprise me. I don't think whether or not he "concedes" really matters, nor is it some kind of obligation or requirement.
He just ain't humble enough to shake the other man's hand, face defeat, and wish the new guy well though. That's not his character.

If he refuses the final results, it doesn't really matter.

Per the 20th Amendment, if Trump loses the election, his term would end at noon on Jan. 20, 2021, at which time he would officially pass his commander-in-chief authority to Biden.

They got their 3 justices, they held onto the senate, and Biden is NOT a socialist monster. I think a lot of main stream republicans will be content with this and happy to see Trump out of the picture. Wall Street already seems Giddy.

The Repugs won't abandon Trump until it is clear that he has absolutely no political power (to damage them) left. Which, given his base, will be when he dies.
Q, just proposed that Trump will run again in 2024 on another thread. As long as Reps think that is a possibility they will not do anything that might pissshimoff.
