Too soon? 2022 class prob gonna be in the 18 range as well

expecting another solid group.

with the entire 20 class getting a 'wuhan red shirt' will be interesting over next few years - may be awhile before we sign more than 20 in a class. Frankly, puzzling how the 'bluebloods' manage to have 23+ classes year after year.

It's not just the seniors, the entire roster (scholarship players)get an extra year if they want it. The seniors who decide to stay don't count against the 85 scolly limit next year, but the number of non-seniors that opt for another year will have a big impact on the 2022 and 2023 class sizes.

per 247 we gave 72 offers this year - pretty sure a record

Quality over Quantity. Development over Ready Made

We have coaches who I think genuinely love to develop players. Part of me wonders if they will pass on a 4 star for a 3 star just so they can get to shape and mold them more. Of course, Clemson gets it's fair share of ready for college talent as well. Our staff does a nice job of mixing in both!

Clemson will handle the challenges the wuhan flu will cause with class! Many other top tier programs will certainly take "the low road"!
That said, I think the staff will look at some kids and just be very honest with them. But, let the choice be the kids!
