I always think and hope I like Cilantro Lime Sauce, then I try it, at nearly every mexican restaurant and hate it. I really wish that I liked it.

Poblano-Cilantro-Lime Sauce
Those that hate cilantro can omit it and I'm sure just as good.
1 jalapeno diced
1 poblano diced
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1 garlic clove
juice of one lime
pinch of salt1 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of mayo (maybe more depending on the consistency you want)
Puree all in a blender or food processor slowly while adding the veg oil.

yeah, right....like the "creamy" BBQ Bourbon sauce. I probably would have tried it had they not called it "creamy". I mean, never would have purchased, but my MIL would have and I would have tried.
My MIL will go to the grocery store and spend like 600 on groceries and half of the stuff is just to try. Its really odd.
