I usually don’t read the WSJS sports page because it tends to be slanted towards Tobacco Road. This writer certainly ‘gets it’.

Oh, we brought the trophy with us all right, and if NC State would have somehow pulled off one of the biggest upsets of the season, I suspect Dabo would have personally delivered it to their locker room after the game and congratulated them.

That was well worth the read right there. I'm going to save that one. I will read it again, probably several times to be honest. Still laughing and wondering if Dabo did indeed bring the trophy with them, haha.

Now that's a fun article. He gets in his "digs" and "plugs" where needed and calls the shots unlike so many other writers. He avoids the glitter but uses words of gold.
