When evaluating himself he has only to look at his contract and realize as long as he doesn't get caught with a dead body or a naked boy he's fine.

That's the problem. He needs to reevaluate his entire offensive staff. Get some true under center power running game.

They need to learn to identify there weaknesses and adjust. I knew after the first game that Cole had no talent and was hurting the team. If I were the coach I'd move Robert smith to qb and run a running offense with a quick passing game. Think this would give something to this offense. We have a qb that can't do anything at least we could have a guy that was a run threat. Run lots of misdirection and option.

Anybody besides me think maybe Chad needed a season like this to grow. Wat is he like 4-5 yrs out of highschool coaching? Can we not support our team and staff? I want all our coaches to stay together as long as possible. We gotta good thing going, Go Tigers!
